How to benefit from low-cost sessions with a psychologist
You can benefit from 8 free sessions with a psychologist through the national schemes Santé Psy étudiants (only for students) and Mon Parcours Psy (for anyone aged 3 and up).
Be sure to check with your mutual health fund/supplementary health insurance. Depending on your policy, you may benefit from a fixed rate reimbursement, or a reimbursement per session.

► Etu’Zen is a scheme to help students to develop resources to improve their well-being and their learning.
► Le kit de (sur)vie de Nightline (Nightline's survival kit) provides students with a personalized and interactive experience with mini-games, exercises, activities and summary sheets to take care of their mental health, as well as information on how to support a loved one in distress.
