EDBMIC

Welcome on the website EDBMIC

The Molecular, Integrative and Cellular Biology Doctoral School (ED BMIC) of Lyon covers a vast field of study within the biological sciences. The school gathers together some one hundred research teams working for a better understanding of biological processes, from the regulation of gene expression to an integrative vision of biological phenomena.

STEPS FOR APPLICATION

To be registered for a PhD in France, you need first to find a team that accepts to host you and finance you for the three years of your PhD.

1/ We suggest you at first to get in touch with one of the research teams of BMIC among which the list, the themes and the coordinates are presented on our site. http://edbmic.universite-lyon.fr/research-teams/

2/The financing: it is necessary to be able to prove a financing, a minimum 1380-euro amount a month over a period of three years. The candidate thus has to present us the source, the amount and the duration of his financing.

On the other hand, there are offers of thesis financed on the site of BMIC.

You can consult them at this address: http://edbmic.universite-lyon.fr/offres-de-theses/
